17. I'm so tired of hearing about the lives of the rich and priveledged. They think they are so exempt from everything us regular people have to go through. She could've killed someone, driving in that condition.

19. Where will this all end? What is needed is some REAL tough love and long jail time. The cops are doing their job, but the courts and the jail system are not. Forget "crowding" and make them do real hard time and this will stop. I do agree with the Canadian who posted that pot is not that serious but the booze and pills are serious problems. These celebrities who are just starting their lives don't realize that if they kill someone their lives are over too. Forget rehab, what will really rehabilitate them is some hard time in jail (a year or more). Send a message judges that there is zero tolerance for this and watch everyone of these irresponsible young adults change their behavior.At the very least they will all have designated drivers instead of smarmy "assistants".

20. I don't get why these people don't hire drivers!!! If she wants to party it up, smoke her dope and take her pills that's her perogative I guess, stupid yes, but she is an adult and if she wants to send her life down the toilet that's fine, but hire a driver to drive her down the toilet and save someone else's life that she put in danger by driving! It's as simple as that!

22. What is suspicion of DUI. You are either drunk or sober. whats a little pot. Its herbal like ginseng. Its better for you than smoking nicotine. Of course if they made cigarettes illegal the US government would collapse because of lack of tax money.

28. It is so incredibly obvious that these personalities are getting nabbed on purpose. They know they will face minimal penalties, but the media will pick up the story and give them far more press than they could ever get in any other manner.
"Stars" such as Mischa see this as simply a way to revive a stagnant career. I would venture to say that publicists/pr people
"arrange" these busts for the media coverage. This seems so clear to me... Am I the only one???

29. The pot is "no problem?" If some has-been actorette wants to waste her life ("Dude, I am TOTALY wasted') listening to a stupid I-pod, have at it. But there are pictures of her driving down the street smoking dope! Stoned driving is just as bad as drunk driving. But this chicklette is out of control, she is a poly-drug abuser. She’s drunk and smoking pot, and to round off the rough edges, a handful of pills without a prescription. She should have her license REVOKED, not suspended for a few months. If the jails are full, then at least revoke her license and make her sit home and do dope. It is not just the Hollyweird stars who get off with no punishment, look at Algore's kid: he's been popped TWICE for driving under the influence of pot and illegal prescription drugs--zero jail time and he keeps his drivers license. Yea, that will change him! Hey, daddy, how 'bout giving up the private jet and global warming hysteria and take care of your KID?
