Bridget and Baby OK!

106. She's irresponsible? He should have been careful? please...they are both equally responsible for getting pregnant. Both are adults and know how it'd done. Why is it unforgivable only for her? Sounds like a double standard to me. She is a working woman who doesn't need his money so I think it's an insult to think she was "savvy" to get pregnant. This isn't the dark ages and she didn't need to trap him to be taken care of. She is perfectly capable of taking care of herself and the baby without any help from him. It's also possible they were using protection and it failed. Given how easy it would have been to abort and move on with her life I think she deserves credit for choosing to have her son. As a single mom I agree it would be easier to have help...but with the right person. I'm also perfectly capable of caring for my daughter as I have since birth...alone. Maybe as with myself she doesn't want his help. I believe it's better to have parents not together than it is to be miserable together. Both can move on and be happy with someone else...a better thing all around for a child.

107. In response to number 98 - no double standard, just the physical reality of pregnancy. If you carry the baby, you have a tougher time for nine months. Rules to live by

#1 Before getting pregnant, choose your partner wisely.
#2 Unless that person is abusing you physically or is addicted to drugs, there is really no good reason to break up a family. That is the definition of FAMILY. So what if you can't stand your spouse; be an adult for goodness sake. You maintain a happy face for the sake of your children, so that they will be healthy.
#3 We don't want to test what a child can withstand, do we? Just because they are resiliant to so many things, doesn't mean we have to test it.
#4 Finally, don't be a selfish pig. Life is no longer about YOU when you have a child. Give them the largest circle of love and make their life as normal, safe, and comfortable as possible. Having unprotected sex with a man who will not commit is making a foolish and irresponsible choice.

Have you ever asked children of divorce about the moment they learned their parents were splitting up? MOST (not all) would say it was a devastating moment. Those children who were happy about the decision probably had selfish parents who arugued in front of them. The belief that "the child will be happier" is yet another excuse in an increasingly selfish society; much like the idea that an infant child needs to be in the hands of strangers in daycare to learn social skills. What a load of self-serving crap.

Well here's my 2 cents worth...Bridget is prettier than Gisele...Tom didn't belong flaunting his realtionship with Gisele..while his girlfriend of 3 years was pregnant..NO MATTER WHAT...aTom and Gisele pairing was in the works when she was at Gillette Stadium in October.. I think he thought..WOW Gisele is interested in me.. and he got starstruck.. but whatever happened, he got BRidget pregnant.. it took the both of them and that's that... what annoys me about him is that.. he didnt HAVE to be at the last preseason game, 2 days after John was born.. he could have stayed.. any honorable man would..my husband took time off when we had our son, and he did not get paid for it.. Tom should have stayed and set up a place in California near his son. A place that he can take his son to when he is off.. he can afford to get a place and he can afford to fly there... his week between the preseason and the regular season, he was off but in NYC with Gisele.. he belonged in Cali... this week, he belongs in Cali.. not sucking face with Gisele in Boston..NO MATTER HOW HARD Bridget may or may not be making things he should be there, eager to see his son...bottom line..any good father, and decent man would...who he choses to have a relationship with outside of his son is his business but John should come first...As for Bridget,, I give her credit for not publicly trashing Tom... he hasn't handled things in the best way and maybe neither has she..but he has responsibilites now and when he is not working they are in California.

Dianne O'Neill.... you may have met Tom Brady, but the persona they put on for fans is far different than the person they really are...I am from Boston, have seen many of the players on many occasions outside of the stadium...and I was a Brady fan.. take Tom out of the equation.. your best friend dates a guy for threee years, things get rocky..they have sex over Thanksgiving weekend and she gets pregnant... he moves on and is dating someone else by the time she finds out she is pregnant..however, he flaunts the relationship and then only shows up for the birth??? You would think HE is the loser..not your best friend....

118. Melissa...please are we talking about 16 and 17 year old kids???? get real!!! Just maybe she thought that if she got pregnant, he would take her back???? Just maybe...well guess what...just maybe does not work!!! Never has and never will!!! She's an adult, just like him, and it backfired, as far as I can see. I'm sure he will do the admirable thing by his son...no he won't be there for his first smile, his first word, his first step...but I do believe he will be there for other memorable (sp) things. Life goes on...whether we like it or not...it does go on. I understand that there is alot of heartache...but life goes on. That's all I'm saying...I'm sorry I put that last comment in about Bridget. I'm sure she will make and excellent mother, but please, don't exploit your child to get back at the father. It will backfire on her.

Eventhough they're bashing Tom Brady, I get the distinct feeling they're really talking about their own exes. Blaming men for all your decisions and problems doesn't really bode well for the old "strong independent women" anthem does it?

120. Giselle is temporary. Athletes constantly come into contact with beautiful women who worship them. She is only the second of model/actress girlfriends in Tom' s life. Anyone willing to bet he will have moved onto another girlfriend within three years? Leonardo deCaprio dumped her. So will Tom Brady. Also, for those of you who say she is old, time flies after you hit thirty. She is 27.
